What a sham. I’ve been trying to sign up for QT pay using plaid for a few months and whoever made the Plaid app is a blooming idiot. Plaid cant connect USAAto the QT app. QT should drop Plaid

No phone number no email
I cant update my settings in my bank account for rocket money to connect via plaid, so i tried to get in touch w customer service. Customer service just doesnt exist for alot of companies!

Cause there's nobody to talk to other than on chat I wanted to talk to a person.
I needed a answer on why I couldn't get pass my security question. The answer I put on my security question. It kept saying it was wrong and am trying to connect to another bank but I can't get pass the security question.

Wont respond to email
These guys wont respond to me (or anyone on my teams) support emails.
We work at a bank whose customers cannot connect to Plaid, it is a very easy solution but they will not answer!

It doesn’t do what it advertised it does. Would not connect my bank with Carvana. Plaid didn’t verify my account. A perfectly valid account No way to contact them.

Cer unsatisfied with how their systems work
So im in a bind and need to take a loan the place I'm doing it through has approved me but the bank needed to make sure for extra security well when I updated my phone number they put in a digit wrong so when plaid pulled the information it was incorrect I corrected it with my bank and redid the plaid connection but it didn't pull the new information it's stuck on the old info when I first ran the process. I really needed that cash and still do and theirs no phone number to contact them and I haven't gotten a response from a real person from email
User's recommendation: Right now I would not recommend plaid I feel that anytime it pulls info it should automatically update anything that was changed and not give old information

Not getting any help for my issue
I need this service to be able to invest in stocks and transfer money from my Cash App to my bank. Despite never having tried to log into it, it's telling me I need to change my bank username and password because I supposedly attempted to log in too many times. Whenever I tried to contact support, they kept rescheduling it to random dates and would even reschedule an hour before I was supposed to be in contact with them.

It seems to be that Plaid accepts aaaaall the other banks out there but mine! EXTREMELY frustrating and inconvenient!!!
I NEED Plaid to accept my bank! I NEED a cash advance and I don't have the time to be playing this stupid game of getting another bank institute! I don't understand WHY aaaaall the cash advance apps HAVE TO USE PLAID!!! It sucks!!!

I have private equity investments. The firm does all disbursements via ACH. They have switched to Plaid, so now I can't get my money out.
Plaid claims that they can connect to Schwab but when I complete the many steps in the process, I get the message 'no eligible accounts'.
Preferred solution: solution to problem other than opening a new bank account
You can't get any help and no way yo contact anyone
Terrible service, no customer support or assistance. Cannot get assistance when needed, causes a lot of issues when needed badly.

Plaid caused my local bank to LOCK MY ACCOUNT over the weekend. Would not accept security question answer. I have to wait til Monday To call my local bank to unlock my account.This caused Citibank to lose a cc customer after only 12 hours of having their cc.
