They refused to answer me and refused to verify my account even though I used them for all my banking so there's no reason why they don't know that I am who I am and sweep slots won't help either there's no one to contact on either way not a live agent at least. .

What a sham. I’ve been trying to sign up for QT pay using plaid for a few months and whoever made the Plaid app is a blooming idiot. Plaid cant connect USAAto the QT app. QT should drop Plaid

No phone number no email
I cant update my settings in my bank account for rocket money to connect via plaid, so i tried to get in touch w customer service. Customer service just doesnt exist for alot of companies!

Cause there's nobody to talk to other than on chat I wanted to talk to a person.
I needed a answer on why I couldn't get pass my security question. The answer I put on my security question. It kept saying it was wrong and am trying to connect to another bank but I can't get pass the security question.

Wont respond to email
These guys wont respond to me (or anyone on my teams) support emails.
We work at a bank whose customers cannot connect to Plaid, it is a very easy solution but they will not answer!

It doesn’t do what it advertised it does. Would not connect my bank with Carvana. Plaid didn’t verify my account. A perfectly valid account No way to contact them.
