What a sham. I’ve been trying to sign up for QT pay using plaid for a few months and whoever made the Plaid app is a blooming idiot. Plaid cant connect USAAto the QT app. QT should drop Plaid
What a sham! You should complain, complain, complain. This service is a joke and someone should sanction the service

No phone number no email
I cant update my settings in my bank account for rocket money to connect via plaid, so i tried to get in touch w customer service. Customer service just doesnt exist for alot of companies!

Cause there's nobody to talk to other than on chat I wanted to talk to a person.
I needed a answer on why I couldn't get pass my security question. The answer I put on my security question. It kept saying it was wrong and am trying to connect to another bank but I can't get pass the security question.

Wont respond to email
These guys wont respond to me (or anyone on my teams) support emails.
We work at a bank whose customers cannot connect to Plaid, it is a very easy solution but they will not answer!

It doesn’t do what it advertised it does. Would not connect my bank with Carvana. Plaid didn’t verify my account. A perfectly valid account No way to contact them.

So im in a bind and need to take a loan the place I'm doing it through has approved me but the bank needed to make sure for extra security well when I updated my phone number they put in a digit wrong so when plaid pulled the information it was incorrect I corrected it with my bank and redid the plaid connection but it didn't pull the new information it's stuck on the old info when I first ran the process. I really needed that cash and still do and theirs no phone number to contact them and I haven't gotten a response from a real person from email
User's recommendation: Right now I would not recommend plaid I feel that anytime it pulls info it should automatically update anything that was changed and not give old information
