Not working consistently
Did the bank transfer that I desired, then wouldn't do it from the same bank the next time - even though enough funds were available. I tried repeatedly, called and confirmed with my bank, and they said that Plaid had not contacted them since my first transfer had been done.
I had no way to get a hold of Plaid, so I had to use another method. It wasted a lot of my time, and very frustrating, as I thought the problem could have a simple fix, but Plaid had no way for me to contact them!

I have tried for weeks now to connect Klover app with my bank account using Plaid. The error message says 'Credentials are not correct,' which is BS because 3 days ago I was able to connect the Dave app to my bank account using Plaid with the same username and password I am using to connect to Klover.
Plaid (along with numerous other businesses) has no live customer service personnel nor a customer service phone number. When using Plaid Chat, I am given only 2 apps in a drop-down as choices for the app I'm trying to link.
I cannot type the app name and submit. If you're going to attempt to have a service-oriented business like Plaid, Klover, etc., at least have the decency to allow consumers to contact live human beings when complications arise using their system.

Was trying to get a cash advance, but it kept saying it sent a verification code, but it never arrived at my messaging, and everything was right. When I talked to their stupid AI, they kept passing the buck to my bank, which had no problem helping. Plaid is a stupid company and should never be allowed to operate.

Any company that won't give a customer service phone number can't be trusted. I lost my password and have tried to reset, but the email never comes, so I can't get to the account.
Make sure your system sends the email to reset the password. I tried to sign in, lost my password, requested a password reset, but never got an email.
I tried several times until the message stated too many login attempts and blocked me. I tried to find a phone number for customer service, but it appears that Plaid does not have a phone.
Your service was to check my checking account for income but returned no income found. I have direct deposit from Social Security and from Veterans Disability.
Preferred solution: I was not charged, if they charged, but if they charged Rocket Loans they need to refund, because I am sure Rocket Loans is charging me.

I have been trying to buy cryptocurrency. Unfortunately, they all use Plaid as an interface to my bank.
The connection to my bank seems like it is going through, but it stops at that point. I've talked to my bank several times and they say the issue is not on their end, it is with Plaid. However, there is no way to communicate with Plaid so I'm stuck in this situation and cannot purchase my cryptocurrency. I wish these crypto interfaces would provide an alternative to Plaid so I can actually get something that works.
There is no contact number or email for Plaid. Dealing with them is worse than dealing with the government and we're stuck using their services.

I feel like Plaid is hiding something. There is no way to get customer service from a human and that is complete BS.
If you have multiple accounts, there is no way to connect a specific account at a bank to plaid, you have to connect them all which is WAY less secure than just connecting the one you want to connect. In some cases it may also be a violation of your privacy. Plaid's FAQ says to contact support to delete info, but there is no way to delete a specific account at a bank, only the entire connection. In fact there is only the *** AI chat monster to deal with & they have no clue what you're talking about.
I think it's headed for another class action... just my guess.

When trying to connect my bank to Plaid they demanded that i give them access to my tax returns, all my accounts, and 12 months of bank statements and a lot more. i believe this is illegal.
asking about so much personal information is disgusting.
i want to know why this is allowed. who can fix it and when
